Quiet conditions will remain in place for Saturday evening. Expect mostly clear skies and overnight temperatures in the 40s.
Warmer temperatures return to the forecast Sunday. High temperatures will generally range from the upper 70s and into the summer-like low 80s. Passing clouds will be overhead, but we’ll still see some sunshine peeking out. It will be breezy at times.
Dewpoint values will increase Sunday. It may feel a bit muggy outside, but the higher dewpoints will help lower our risk for fire concerns.
The unseasonably warm conditions will linger into the first half of the new week, but it’s looking wet!
Rain returns to the region overnight Sunday and into Monday. Showers are likely and thunderstorms will have the chance to develop.
At this time, we’re not expecting much in the way of severe weather. However, that could change in the coming days. Currently, the Storm Prediction Center has the risk for severe weather to our west.
