ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Tonight will be mostly clear and cold with lows in the 20s and 30s. Monday afternoon will be increasingly cloudy ahead of a storm system that looks to bring us rain late Monday night and Tuesday.

A low pressure will move across the region with heavy rainfall possible.

Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are possible between Monday night at midnight and Tuesday night at midnight.

Most areas, except for the Highlands, should see the rain by early Wednesday morning. The rest of the week looks to be normally cool.

Have a great week!
