Pinpoint Weather: Not as warm with late day rain chance

This morning, temperatures in the 40s and 50s again to start the day.

Today’s temperatures will not warm as much as in recent days. However, it will still be above average with highs in the 70s for most locations.

As a front approaches, scattered showers and a few storms are expected, beginning mid to late afternoon. While not everyone will see rain, a few of the storms in our westernmost counties may be on the strong side with strong winds and heavy downpours.

Rain chances continue through the evening before fading overnight.

Scattered showers and storms are forecast again for Friday afternoon and evening before another round of rain moves in late Saturday. Rain chances end early Sunday morning.
