Low pressure off the Southeast U.S. coastline will move northeast through the weekend. With this in mind, more clouds and possibly a few spotty showers may make their way into parts of Southside late Saturday. However, most areas will stay dry.
Temperatures will fall into the 30s again for much of the region overnight. Because the growing season has come to an end across our region, there are no frost advisories in effect. However, some frost will be possible overnight, so you’ll want to bring in any potted outdoor plants before bed.
And something else to do before bed — change your clocks. Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, so remember to set your clocks back one hour as we fall back one hour.
Highs will still be a bit below average for this time of year Saturday before a warming trend kicks in early next week.
