After Saturday’s widespread wind damage and power outages, Sunday will be a much calmer day for cleanup. It will be breezy but mostly less than 15 mph compared to gusts in Roanoke Saturday which reached 60 mph. The air will be cooler behind the cold front that brought the strong winds.

Afternoon highs across the region will be cool and refreshing. Especially considering we will be in the 80s by midweek.

Have a great Sunday!
