After the stormy weather of a passing cold front, we’ll be into a week of cool temperatures and mostly clear skies. Monday starts in the upper 40s to the low to mid-50s.

It will be windy at times with gusts out of the west at around 22 mph. Afternoon highs will be in the low to mid-70s.

Tuesday will be cooler with lows in the 40s and highs around 70. Wednesday is cooler still with lows deeper in the 40s and highs in the mid-60s. Thursday will be much the same.

Showers return next Friday and Saturday. Also, stay connected with Pinpoint weather here for the latest on the soon-to-be Hurricane Ian and what, if any, impact the storm will have on Virginia.

Be safe and enjoy the new week!
