ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — The results of the Devils Backbone Next Level Chili Bowl Kickoff are in, and the winner of the $2,500 and Top Prize trophy was the Christiansburg Fire Department.
Leading up to the big kick-off, four local departments in Southwest Virginia will be competing on Good Day Virginia in the Devils Backbone Next Level Chili Bowl Kickoff for the chance to win $2,500.

No! The second-place winner of the chili bowl competition did not go home empty-handed. The 2nd place department won a 65” Tv from Schewels Home Furnishing.

Devils Backbone Brewing Company‘s Commercial Director Kim Oakley also visited the community kitchen at WFXR. She shared the best food and drink pairings for the drinks served at the restaurant located in Roanoke.
