SALEM, Va. (WFXR) – The 2023 Adam Ward Hoop Classic was held in Salem Wednesday night. The two-day event is held in honor of photojournalist and Salem High school football star Adam Ward. During the first game of the night senior guard Zoe Robtison who has been sidelined due to an injury got the chance to start for the Spartans. The Salem girls basketball team went on to win their game against Glenvar 49-35.
