ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — For the second straight season, the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs will be competing in the SPHL President’s Cup Finals. Their opponent in the best of five series will be the Birmingham Bulls. Both teams are looking for their first SPHL title. In the 4 meetings this season, both teams each won two games.
