ROANOKE, VA(WFXR) — The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs return home to the Berglund Center Saturday at 7:05pm against the Birmingham Bulls in the 6th annual Teddy Bear Toss night.
Fans are encouraged to bring new teddy bears to the game, which will be tossed onto the ice after the Rail Yard Dawgs score their first goal. The teddy bears will be quickly picked up for the game to continue, however they will be donated back to local charities and children’s hospitals.
