Liberty gets their first win over an ACC school after beating Syracuse 38-21

UPDATE 3:15 p.m.: The Liberty Flames make history Saturday getting their first-ever win over an ACC school beating Syracuse 38-21 at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, New York.

Liberty had two running backs run for over 100 yards.

Shedro Louis rushed for 170 yards and 2 touchdowns while Peytton Pickett rushed for 115 yards and a score.

LU goes to 5-0 for the first time since 2000. Next Saturday, Liberty is scheduled to host Southern Mississippi at Williams Stadium at 1 p.m. 


SYRACUSE, NY (WFXR) — The Liberty Flames are using their running game to take a 21-14 lead at the half over the Syracuse Orange at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, N.Y.

LU as a team has rushed for 258 yards. Liberty’s Shedro Louis has rushed for 142 yards and 2 touchdowns.
