ROANOKE, VA (WFXR) — The Patrick Henry Patriots advance to the Class 5 title game with a 76-67 win over the defending Class 5 champs in the Highland Springs Springers Monday at William Fleming High School. PH will play Woodside in the finals Saturday at 1pm at VCU’s Siegel Center in Richmond. The last time the Patrick Henry boys basketball program played for a state title was back in 1992. PH beat Booker T. Washington 79-71 in the Class AAA finals that year.
