VINTON, Va. (WFXR) — William Byrd’s Israel Hairston is back and better than ever. Not only did he run for over 160 yards and two scores, he also threw for over 150 yards and two touchdowns in his team’s 45-21 win over Pulaski County, in the Region 3D quarterfinals last Friday.
