Roanoke, VA- Glenver High School senior Avery Alexander has signed a golf scholarship with Carson Newman University.
Avery tied for medalist honors at the state 2A golf tournament and finished 2nd after a playoff. He also was all region basketball player for Glenvar and led them to a state tournament berth.
