ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Roanoke County Police Department has released the identities of the victims of the two-vehicle crash that occurred on 460 near W. River Road on October 3.
According to police, around 6:68 a.m. on Tuesday, Kiara Tes of Elliston was heading east on the 5900 block of W. Main near W. River Road in a 1997 Ford Explorer. She then allegedly collided with a 2007 Ford Focus.
The occupants of the Focus have been identified as North Wilkesboro, NC residents, 62-year-old Donna Lynn Sebastian and 58-year-old Jeffery Wallace Sebastian.
It was determined that neither were wearing their seat belts and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Ms. Tes was wearing her seat belt sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. Tes has been charged with Driving Under the Influence. It has been determined that speed was not a factor in the crash. Additional charges are still pending.

Both east and westbound lanes are currently closed, and traffic is backed up around 0.5 miles.
