Tropics are active again as TD Five forms and may become “Edouard” before the end of the Weekend

TD Five is maintaining the sustained winds of 35 mph and the quick movement to the NE at close to 20 mph. Earlier forecast had TD 5 becoming our 5th named storm before the end of the day Saturday, now it may take until Sunday.

Still a Tropical Depression, what may become Edouard later tonight is moving north and west of the Island of Bermuda.

The original tropical report.

A Tropical Depression has formed in the Atlantic and will more than likely become our 5th Named storm this season; Edouard. This cyclone will move northeast rather quickly but with the motion will come a bit of intensification. The National Hurricane Center has this becoming a Tropical Storm Saturday evening as it moves closer to Bermuda.
