Tazewell County to become Second Amendment Sanctuary

TAZEWELL, VA (WVNS) — Tazewell County is joining several other Virginia counties by becoming a Second Amendment Sanctuary.

At a public meeting on December 3, the Tazewell County Board of Supervisors intends to adopt a resolution upholding the Second Amendment rights of the citizens of Tazewell County. The resolution is a response to Governor Ralph Northam’s plans for more gun control measures in the state.
