ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Another Roanoke teen has been indicted in a deadly shooting of a 17-year-old in Sept.
Ozmeik Rae’Quan Clements, 17, was indicted Monday on a first degree murder charge.
Clements and 18-year-old co-defendant Cinque Tarik Fayette are accused of killing Savion Scales in September.
Scales was found dead in a car near a southwest Roanoke intersection with a gunshot wound to his chest.
Fayette was arrested soon thereafter and Clements was named as a suspect.
Clements is being held at a Juvenile Detention Center but may be transferred to an adult jail if the case isn’t resolved by his 18th birthday in April.
