Roanoke police seek help finding a missing Altavista man

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — The Roanoke City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man who was last seen in Roanoke.

Travis Pannell, 30, of Altavista, Va., was last seen on Oct. 4 getting into a vehicle after being dropped off at a party in Roanoke, wearing a blue shirt, white pants, and blue and white shoes.

Pannell is described as an African American man, height of 5’7,” weighing 150 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

According to the police, his friends and family are very concerned for his well-being, since it’s out of character for him to be out of touch with his family.
