ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Roanoke County Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in identifying a man suspected of grand larceny.

According to a video posted on Facebook by the Roanoke County Police Department, a man allegedly stole tools and other items worth more than $500 at 8:30 on Monday night. The theft occurred in the 5300 block of Peters Creek Road.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Keisha Saul at the Roanoke County Police Department at (540) 777-8641.

We're seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person of interest in a grand larceny that occurred on Monday, September 2 at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 5300 block of Peters Creek Road. More than $500 and mainly tools were stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Saul at the Roanoke County Police Department at (540) 777-8641.
