Gov. Northam orders flags at half-staff in memory of fallen Stanley Police Officer

RICHMOND, Va. (WFXR) — Gov. Ralph Northam has ordered all United States and Commonwealth of Virginia flags at state and local buildings and grounds in the Commonwealth to be flown at half-staff in memory of Dominic “Nick” Winum, who was fatally shot last week during a traffic stop.

Flags will be lowered at sunrise on Thursday, March 4 until sunset.
