RICHMOND, Va. (WFXR) — Attorney General Mark Herring and the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence are set to co-host a virtual roundtable discussion on gun violence Monday afternoon.
Law enforcement professionals, advocates, and affected families will also join in to discuss ways to protect Virginians from gun violence and keep communities safe, according to Herring’s office.
Listed among the participants is the father of Alison Parker, a Roanoke reporter who was shot and killed in 2015.
The virtual roundtable is scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 19. You can watch a livestream of the discussion on the Attorney General’s YouTube page.
