DUBLIN, Va. (WFXR) — Fatz Cafe has permanently closed all of its locations, including the one located in Dublin.
Customers who walked up to the door found a sign saying all locations closed effective Aug. 23. Fatz has been around since 1988, serving 18 different locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Currently, the company’s ordering website is still up, allowing customers to click store locations and food items from the menu. But the orders are not being filled.
There has not yet been an official word about why these restaurants are being shut down. WFXR has reached out for comment.
