LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — The Lynchburg police are investigating several burglaries near the University of Lynchburg campus that happened during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
According to police, several items were taken from a residence on the 400 block of Lakewood Street on Dec. 1 at 5 p.m.
Later that evening, at 8 p.m. police responded to two instances of burglary in the 300 block of Vernon Street. Items and an undisclosed amount of cash were taken from the residencies.
