MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WFXR) – A man is accused of urinating in a Martinsville food plant, in an attempt to extort money from the company.
In a federal indictment handed down August 8th, Maurice Howard was charged with tampering with a consumer product at The Monogram Food Solutions LLC plant on Knauss Drive.
The alleged incidents happened sometime between February to March of this year.
Another man, Devin Stockton, is accused of recording Howard as he urinated on a door and doorjamb on an iPhone.
The two are charged with tampering with consumer products.
They are due in court for a jury trial on February 4th at 9:30 a.m.
