Man accused of filling cart, not paying at Lynchburg Kroger

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — A man is wanted in connection to an alleged theft at a Kroger in the Boonsboro neighborhood in Lynchburg.

Lynchburg Police accuse Mark Thurman of filling his shopping cart with items and walking out without paying on Oct. 12, just after noon.

Thurman is wanted for felony third offense petit larceny for this incident and grand larceny for an unrelated incident. He is described as five foot eight inches tall with dark blonde hair and brown eyes.
