LYNCHBURG, Va (WFXR) – Lynchburg Fire Department is investigating a fire that happened overnight.
The call went out around 1:15 this morning. Crews responded to the 4600 block of Fort Avenue.
The flames were located in the upstairs portion of the house. Crews were able to put out the fire and clear the scene by 3:30 A.M.
One person was inside at the time, but nobody was injured.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
