BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — A Troutville man is dead after a crash on Gravel Hill Road in Botetourt County.
Virginia State Police said a 2016 Ford F-150 was traveling on Gravel Hill Road about two miles west of Route 11 at 10:13 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23. The truck, driven by James Daniel Powers, 75, of Troutville, ran off the right side of the road and into a field.
Powers was transported to Roanoke Memorial Hospital and died on Sunday.
The crash remains under investigation.
