UPDATE: Water Authority officials say there are two water main breaks in the area. They say some roads are closed in that area including at the intersection of Peters Creek Road and Hershberger Rd NW. They say about 30 customers are without water and it will take a few hours to make the repairs and open the roads back up.
Original Story: Traffic alert for your Sunday afternoon. Roanoke Police say traffic is closed in the 4200 block of Hershberger Rd NW due to a water main break. Police say expect traffic delays and seek alternate routes if possible.
