TRAFFIC ALERT: Monitoring roads in Southwest Virginia for your morning commute

Virginia Department of Transportation says to be cautious when traveling Thursday morning on your commute. 

VDOT says there are counties in Southwest Virginia where secondary roads still have snow and icy patches on them. 

Drivers want to be careful especially when it comes to bridges and overpasses and watch out for black ice on the roads.
