UPDATE 8:35 A.M. ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Virginia Department of Transportation reports the earlier tractor-trailer crash on I-81 in Roanoke County has been cleared.
All lanes are open and Exit 137 is now available for all drivers.

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Drivers traveling on Interstate 81 South on Friday morning can expect delays in Roanoke County due to a tractor-trailer crash.
The Virginia Department of Transportation reports the crash occurred at mile marker 137 on August 18. Currently, the south right lane and right shoulder are closed. Exit 137 is also closed to all traffic.
Traffic is backed up for about four miles. Drivers are encouraged to find alternative routes of travel.
