ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Tanglewood Mall in Cave Spring is now under new management, and county officials are looking forward to the new ownership’s potential.
The new owner is Hackney Real Estate Partners, an investment, management, leasing, and development company based in Richmond, Va. The company is known for acquiring shopping centers through individual partnerships and private funds.
Previously owned by Blackwater Resources, Tanglewood Mall is located in Downtown Roanoke and has been serving the Roanoke Valley for more than 35 years.
