The Third Annual Star City Sweetness event gives people the opportunity to try desserts from local eateries while supporting Brain Injury Services of Southwest Virginia.
For $10, people can get a pass to try a dessert from about 12 vendors.
Brain Injury Services of SWVA is a non-profit that helps survivors of such injuries with resources and recovery efforts.
The event takes place Saturday, October 8 at the Roanoke City Market building between 1 PM and 4 PM.
