HENRY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Virginia State Police is currently investigating a fatal car crash that occurred on Friday, May 26 just north of Route 641 in Henry County.
The crash happened around 1:13 p.m. when a 2003 Mazda 3, traveling south on Route 220, ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree. The driver has since been identified as 57-year-old Bruce Allen Guillams.
Guillaume was wearing a seatbelt during the crash, however, he died at the scene.
