Search warrant reveals identities of men injured in shooting at Martinsville restaurant

MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — A search warrant reveals the identity of men injured in an early February shooting at the El Norteño restaurant in Martinsville.

According to the warrant, Rosario Eggleston and Jamel Turner were seen on security video firing shots in the direction of Tahj Capel and another man.

Capel was hit by the gunfire and injured. Turner was also injured in the shooting and both men were transported to a hospital for medical treatment.

The search warrant is requesting the medical records of both men as part of the investigation.

Two other men, Ke’ilo Martin and Shavon Reid, were killed in the shooting.

Eggleston and another man, Jamal Jenkins, are facing charges in connection to the shooting.
