Public input meeting planned for design of new Caesars casino in Danville

DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) – With the development of a Caesars casino looking more likely, citizens are being invited to a public input meeting to discuss thoughts on the project’s design.

The meeting is slated for Monday, Aug. 23 at 5:30 p.m. and will emanate from 917 West Main Street in Danville.

Organizers say street parking is available along West Main Street and behind the building.

Representatives from Caesars will also be sharing the latest information on the casino which is slated to be built at the former Dan River Mills Industrial Complex.
