DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — Police say one person was injured and eastbound lane closures are in place by the Danville Regional Airport due to a Wednesday morning crash.
The Danville Police Department tweeted at 5:52 a.m. on Wednesday, April 7 that a tractor-trailer crash occurred on Route 58 East in front of the Danville Regional Airport.
According to the department, the driver was brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say morning commuters should expect delays because eastbound traffic on Route 58 is currently reduced to one lane.
