MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — For a six-hour period on Tuesday, members of the Martinsville and Henry County communities will have the opportunity to adopt all kittens, cats, and dogs for free at the Martinsville Henry County SPCA.

According to the Martinsville Henry County SPCA, the adoption fees will be waived for cats of all ages and dogs that are at least five-months-old from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6.

However, the shelter says all adoptions are subject to an approved application, which can be filled out online or picked up at the shelter. In addition, all applicants will have a sit-down review with the shelter’s executive director.
