Danville Police arrest man allegedly involved in a pair of robberies last month

DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) – Police in Danville say they have arrested a man who was reportedly involved in robberies at two different stores on the same night in August.

According to the Danville Police Department, 38-year-old David Lee Price of Ringgold, is being charged with two counts of armed robbery in relation to the robberies of the Food Lion at 1461 South Boston Road and the Fas Mart at 1794 South Boston Road on Aug. 22.

Officers say that the public’s help identifying Price aided in his capture.

The department says Price was taken into custody without incident on Wednesday, Sept. 8 and is being held without bond at the Danville City Jail.
