Salvation Army volunteer bell ringers needed in Lynchburg

Local News

The Salvation Army of Greater Lynchburg is in desperate need of volunteer bell ringers for their 2017 Red Kettle Campaign.

The campaign raises money to help those in need in our community.

Last year the Salvation Army of Greater Lynchburg was able to provide hot meals, a place to stay and financial help with the money raised.

If people are not able to step up to volunteer, then they have to pay people to stand at the kettles which takes away money from the people they are trying to help.

If you would like to volunteer you can contact the Salvation Army of Greater Lynchburg at: 434-845-5939.
