Rosie’s Gaming Emporium in Vinton is nearing completion. WFXR got a preview of one of the 150 historical horse racing games at the location.
Players can bet on horses and once bets have been placed at the machine, the player will find out which historical race it was and where their horse actually finished in that race.
“Individuals that have seen the old OTB (off track betting), this doesn’t look anything like the old OTB. It’s electrifying walking through the doors. I mentioned last time, you’re greeted by the center bar, the gaming facility, you have off-track betting, and even a little diner on the inside. So it’s the whole environment I’m excited about,” says Ernie Dellaverson, general manager for Rosie’s Vinton.
Rosie’s Vinton is projected to open in early May.
