ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Roanoke Police are investigating a fight that led to a woman being stabbed.
It happened around 3:10 p.m. in the 500 block of 8th Street NW on Thursday, Jan. 20. Police say their preliminary investigation revealed there was an argument in another location, then both individuals involved moved the argument to the business off 8th Street NW, where it turned physical.
At that point, a woman was stabbed, resulting in a non-life-threatening injury. Police tell WFXR News that the lady was taken to Carilion Memorial Hospital to be treated.
