UPDATE: Crash near I-581N/Elm Street off-ramp cleared

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – VDOT has reported the vehicle crash on I-581/220 northbound at mile marker 1.1 has been cleared.

All lanes have been reopened.

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Virginia Department of Transportation is reporting a vehicle crash on I-581/220 northbound at mile marker 1.1 after a vehicle crash.

Motorists should expect delays. The north left shoulder, left lane, and center lane are closed near the Elm Street off-ramp and traffic is backed up for up to 3 miles.
