BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Drivers traveling on Interstate 81 in Botetourt County can expect delays because of a tractor-trailer crash on Sunday afternoon.
The Virginia Department of Transportation says the tractor-trailer crashed on Interstate 81 North at mile marker 147 near Hollins University. As a result, the north left and right shoulder and lane are closed at this time.
Traffic is currently backed up over three miles. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternative routes of travel until the crash is cleared.
