The Homeplace Restaurant in Roanoke County to hold estate tag sale this week

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The COVID-19 pandemic forced The Homeplace Restaurant in Catawba to close its doors for good. Now, the restaurant is having an estate tag sale so you can take a little piece of The Homeplace back home with you.

From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4 through Saturday, Nov. 6, the restaurant — located at 4968 Catawba Valley Drive — plans to offer a variety of items during this cash-only tag sale.

According to The Homeplace Restaurant, the following items will be available for sale:

  • Antiques
  • Furniture
  • Paintings/pictures
  • Holiday decorations
  • Collectible plates
  • Restaurant supplies, including Corelle dishes
