ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — The Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke has won their second court case against neighboring property owners.

The second lawsuit was brought on by Adrian Maver, Blaine Creasy, and Stan and Jane Seymour. The lawsuit is related to a Special Use Permit to build a raptor facility to rehabilitate large birds of prey.

On Wednesday, the Circuit Court of Roanoke County ruled in favor of the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke.

“We’re really happy to have another win in our favor, but they continue to disrupt our operations with these endless and pointless lawsuits,” said Sabrina Garvin, Executive Director of the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center of Roanoke.
