ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — As of March 31st, Jennifer Boswell was given the honor that no other female Officer in the history of the Roanoke Police Department (RPD) has ever had — becoming Captain.
Through her dedication to the department and her 20-year service to the City of Roanoke, Captain Boswell has earned the title of being the highest-ranked female officer in RPD history.
