Roanoke County institutes temporary parking changes at the Courthouse during the week of June 7

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Roanoke County officials have announced that paving of the parking lot at the Roanoke County Courthouse will close that lot fore the entirety of next week, weather permitting.

From Monday, June 7 through Saturday, June 12, visitors to the Courthouse will be able to use the parking lot located behind the convenience store, across Thompson Memorial Drive (Route 311).

Signs will be provided that directs people to the parking lot.

Temporary parking for handicapped individuals will be available across from the Courthouse on Main Street, in front of the Roanoke County Court Services building.

The paving project may be extended, if inclement weather delays work.
