ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — The Roanoke Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on the night of Sunday, Feb 12.
Around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Roanoke Police were notified of a person with a gunshot wound on the 2800 block of Hershberger Road NW. Officers located the victim in a residence in the area, and Roanoke Fire-EMS transported the man to Carilion Roanoke Hospital for treatment of serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
No suspects were located on the scene and no arrests have been made at this time.
