FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – VDOT says the police activity causing delays on US-220 in Franklin County has been cleared.
All lanes of traffic have been reopened.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Virginia Department of Transportation says drivers can expect delays on US-220 in Franklin County near Shady Ln. due to police activity in the area.
According to Franklin County Sheriff, as of 3:18 p.m., the south right lane and the right shoulder are closed in relation to an ongoing investigation. There is no danger to the public.
